What is the size difference between the notebooks and journals?
The notebooks are 8.5”x11” and the journals are 5.5”x8.5”.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping can take anywhere from 7-10 business days after the product has been printed. Each product is printed per order so the same order can come from different facilities and arrive at different times. For example, if you order a mug and a wall print, the mug may arrive sooner than the wall print.
What countries do you ship too?
For notebooks and journals, wherever Amazon ships, we deliver!
For mugs, tote bags, and wall prints, our provider delivers to 200+ countries. For a full list of our provider’s countries, refer to this list. Shipping costs will vary depending on where your packaging needs to go.
What’s not considered a defect?
Some products may vary from the displayed product as seen on the product image. This can be due to variations in color,
We use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners to minimize color variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved.
Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
For notebooks and journals, modify or cancel your order on Amazon.
For mugs, tote bags, and wall prints, email shopivytoo@gmail.com with your order ID and request as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or is incomplete?
For notebooks and journals, use Amazon’s return or replace items system to find your solution.
